Nature as a product base
Paper is made of trees. Our suppliers use a FSC®-certified forestry upper for self-adhesive paper-based labels. In addition to 100% recycled paper, waste products from sugar cane cultivation, grain cultivation or the textile industry are processed to high-quality labels, even labels made out of pure wood or grape skins are possible.
A material with future potential is bioplastics. These consist exclusively or largely of renewable raw materials (for example sugar cane, lignin, rubber, vegetable oils, corn starch, proteins). They may or may not be biodegradable. Biodegradable means that this substance completely degrades within 6 to 12 weeks in an industrial composting plant.
