Auf Wunsch setzen wir für Sie FSC®-zertifizierte Materialien ein und drucken auf Ihre Etiketten, Kartons und Verpackungen das FSC®-Logo.

These materials (paper and cardboard) are processed in compliance with the guidelines of the FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL® (international non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and improving the economic, environmental and social functions of forestry operations).

Personnel policy with a future

The Marzek Etiketten+Packaging apprenticeship program in over eight apprentice trades ensures a supply of talented employees every year, both in Austria and Hungary. This affects all areas of the company, whether in the office, IT, digital prepress or modern production. Marzek Etiketten+Packaging also places particular emphasis on promoting female apprentices. For the company and its customers, this personnel policy means continuity in support and thus in service quality. Because only with highly qualified and motivated personnel is it possible to achieve the top performance for which Marzek Etiketten+Packaging is known.

Competence and quality in consulting and service bring benefits for both sides, improve logistics and warehouse management, and ensure optimal results as well as satisfied end customers. Nature as a product base

Lieferanten, welche für Selbstklebe-Etiketten auf Papierbasis ein Obermaterial aus FSC®-zertifizierter Forstwirtschaft verwenden, werden von uns bevorzugt. Auch Abfallprodukte aus Zuckerrohranbau, Getreideanbau oder Textilindustrie werden zu hochwertigen Etiketten verarbeitet, sogar Etiketten aus purem Holz oder Traubenschalen sind möglich.

Auch Biokunststoffe mit Zukunftspotenzial kommen zur Anwendung: Diese bestehen ausschließlich oder großteils aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen (z.B. Zuckerrohr, Lignin, Kautschuk, Pflanzenöle, Maisstärke, Proteine), oft biologisch abbaubar. Das bedeutet, dass sich dieser Stoff innerhalb von 6 bis 12 Wochen in einer industriellen Kompostieranlage vollständig auflöst.

Natural materials are partly in the development phase, therefore these cannot yet be recommended economically and without restrictions for all applications. We will be happy to advise you on this!

In all our operating facilities, we pay attention to energy efficiency and sustainable planning.

• Short distances due to in-house test laboratory
• Use of solvent-free and water-based adhesives
• The modern machinery is directly connected to a solvent incinerator, which efficiently heats the plant with the resulting heat.
• Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen graphischen Hochschulen fördert die Ausbildung und Integration lokaler Arbeitskräfte in den Betrieb.

Heavy metal free inks

Regular checks by our paint suppliers ensure that the heavy metal content of paints and coatings is below international limits and that so-called heavy metal-free paints are used.

Wir setzen auf Umweltfarben. Standard-Bogenoffset-Druckfarben enthalten bereits signifikante Anteile an nachwachsenden Rohstoffen wie modifizierte pflanzliche Öle oder Baumharz.

Lebensmittelverpackungen dürfen keine Stoffe an die verpackten Waren abgeben, die Geruch, Geschmack oder die Zusammensetzung der verpackten Ware verändern. Daher arbeiten wir in diesem Bereich mit Druckfarben, die mineralölfrei sowie migrationsarm sind und als lebensmittelunbedenklich gelten.

Vegan labels

In cooperation with our paper suppliers, we can confirm, if required, that our label materials or printing inks are produced without additives of animal origin and are therefore vegan.

Bioplastics are made from renewable raw materials; therefore, they are also called "bio-based" plastics. Both bio-based and petro-based plastics can be "biodegradable". Certifications exist for both properties, which we will obtain for you if necessary.
